Do you still find yourself declining casualty to bad habits or pattern when you’re feeling precipitate? Here’s the 6 days rule that can change your life.
1. Believe you’re leaving to have a sure life and it will occur.
The people who are single sufficient to think that they will go next to the chances to make something remarkable happen are the ones who do.
2. Have sharp focus only on what will lift you up and support the changes.
The thing about changing your life is that you will still have the negativity around you. The same people who put you down, who manipulate you will likely still be there. The people who don’t have your drive, your belief all the people who won’t get what you’re doing they’ll be there. This may mean that you need to spend less time with people who distract from your focus.
There is nothing easy about changing your life. It is a journey. You will want to give up on the struggle. You’ll feel like a rolling stone – alone. You will say it’s unrealistic and impossible. Keep going anyway.
4. Develop positive thinking.
I put this first because I think it’s the keystone habit that will help you form the other important habits. Sure, positive thinking by itself won’t lead to success, but it certainly goes a long way to motivate you to do the other things required.
5. Focus on one goal.
Just as focus on one task at a time is more effective, and focus on one habit at a time is more result, so is focus on one goal at a time. While it may seem very difficult, focusing on one goal at a time is the greatest way of achieving your goals.
6. Don’t compare your own life with anyone else’s.
A big source of unhappiness is the idea that other people’s lives are better or easier than yours. But when you compare your situation to that of others, you’re comparing your complete reality to their surface.
